WelcomeWe develop an open framework to support collaboration in organizations through the integrated use of e-mail and Web services. Our motto is: "usability and user's feedback". Usability is achieved following a non invasive approach: the user exploits e-mail as the main communication tool, and he is not constrained to a particular desk-top program or environment. User's feedback is guaranteed by the continuous monitoring of users' needs. A meta-language - JML (Johanna Meta Language) encodes the organizational needs as they are expressed by the users, and allows them to easily configure and customize a Johanna application. Read the documentation page to learn more about Johanna.
Download & participateJohanna is distributed under the GPL II licence, and is on Sourceforge.
CreditsJohanna is partially financed by the University of Bologna within the API Project, of which it constitues part of the technological platform. A team of motivated people are providing the necessary human resources.
